Why Subul started, and how we work today
We started because many companies were paying for activity that was hard to link to results: posts with no goal, campaigns with no tracking, and websites that didn’t help visitors decide. From the beginning we chose one first question: what result does the business actually need?
Once the goal is set, we map the customer journey and choose the channels, pages and messages that serve it. So a plan might start by fixing a landing page before increasing ad spend, organizing a catalog before writing dozens of articles, or correcting measurement before making any decision.
Tools changed and the team and markets grew, but the rule stays: no promise without a way to measure it, no hidden line items, and no digital asset outside the client’s ownership.
